About Me

I am a freshman in College at Penn State, majoring in both Economics and finance. With a diverse array of interests and activities that shape who I am, I decided to start this site as a way to track my learning, share my perspectives on the market, and build a space where young investors can understand the market without feeling overwhelmed, like I once felt. Balancing academics with extracurriculars and personal passions. I strive to make the most out of my college experience while preparing for a future filled with opportunities.

As someone who can talk to anyone, I love to spend time with those around me. I love going out, meeting new people, and spending time with people by doing random fun things or even talking for hours on end. I try to be the friend who listens and supports others, hoping to create spaces where others feel comfortable around me. In the pictures on the side as well, you can see a picture of me with my friend group from home, who I have gotten close with over the many years, feeling like brothers to one another. My ability to connect with others helps me in every aspect of life as well, from writing about stocks or sports to working on projects or leadership roles.

MUSIC

A huge part of who I am comes from music as well. It’s what keeps me grounded as a person, fueling me through whatever I am thinking or doing. Listening to music most of the time when i’m on my own is my way to find peace within myself. Whether I'm working, relaxing, or just need some inspiration, you can always find me with a playlist that includes lots of incredible music.

Stock Market Enthusiast

Another significant aspect of my life is my interest in the stock market. I enjoy reading about stocks, analyzing market trends, and learning about various investment strategies. This passion has led me to start my own blog, where I share insights, tips, and analyses to help fellow young investors navigate the complex world of finance. My goal is to demystify the stock market and empower others to make informed financial decisions.

Exploring Betting Picks

Alongside my interest in stocks, I sometimes delve into the world of betting picks. Being a huge sports fan for my entire life (go boston), this has always been something of my interest, and by exploring this, it allows me to explore different analytical approaches and understand risk management from another perspective. Adding on, for me personally, it’s less about gambling but more about understanding how these patterns work, a skill that is used in investing exactly as well.

Community Service and Leadership

Beyond academics, I care a lot about community and impact. Every summer for the last several years, I have dedicated my time to a cause that is very close to my heart. I am associated with Friends of Appalachia (FOA), an organization that works to improve the living conditions of people in the Appalachian Mountains. During these trips, we help renovate and repair homes for those in need. This experience not only allows me to give back to the community but also provides a sense of fulfillment and perspective on the importance of service and compassion. These trips have taught me a lot about perspective, gratitude, and what real leadership looks like.

In school, I’ve also taken on leadership roles, holding multiple president roles throughout high school clubs and outside of school. I love meeting new people, building relationships, and creating spaces where others feel supported and know that I am there to help.

Looking Ahead

As I continue through college, I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. I am eager to continue exploring my interests, meeting new people, and making a positive impact wherever I go. Through my blog and various activities, I hope to inspire others to pursue their passions and contribute to their communities in meaningful ways. I’m excited to grow as a person in many different aspects. My goal with this site is very simple, though: to explain the market openly and hopefully help others feel confident doing the same.

Family

My family has shaped almost everything about who I am today. My older brother, Manan, was the first person to get me into a lot of the things I now love in many ways, whether it was music, school activities, or just how to see the world differently. My parents have always kept me grounded, and my dad is the one who really pushed me to start learning and trying new things with stocks. A lot of the skills and interests I have now started with him, showing me the basics and letting me figure things out on my own. And my mom has always been the steady support in the background, the person who keeps everything together and makes sure I never lose sight of what actually matters, always there to help with anything from small to big.

And then there’s Teddy, my dog, who is basically the emotional support system of the house. Whether I’m stressed, tired, or just need someone to hang out with, he’s always there for me.
